Our women’s salt therapy sessions offer a peaceful escape from the demands of daily life, allowing you to slow down, breathe deeply and restore your sense of balance. As you relax in our tranquil salt room, pharmaceutical-grade dry salt is gently dispersed into the air. This natural therapy may assist with respiratory health, skin conditions, stress relief and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to unwind after a busy week, support your respiratory health, or simply enjoy a moment of quiet self-care, our women’s sessions provide the perfect opportunity to reset. Take time for yourself, breathe deeply, and leave feeling refreshed, calm and revitalised. Our woman's wellness sessions include a short discussion about Mental Health, Nutrition and Various self-help options.

Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: 19th November 2025 This policy outlines how we handle bookings, cancellations, lateness, and refunds. 1. Booking Sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system, phone, or in person. Full payment may be required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Group bookings or private sessions may require a deposit. 2. Cancellations To ensure fairness and availability for all clients: Standard Sessions 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be refunded or rebooked. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-Shows Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the session being charged in full. 3. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for the next client. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show. No refunds are provided for lost session time due to lateness. 4. Refunds Refunds are issued only according to the terms above. We do not offer refunds for: Change of mind Discomfort experienced during the session Expected results not being achieved Exceptions may be made at management’s discretion in genuine circumstances. 5. Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person. Expiry dates will be honoured as printed or stated at purchase. 6. Health-Related Cancellations If you are unwell or have been advised by a medical professional not to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer rebooking or credit at our discretion. 7. Changes by Us In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule sessions due to maintenance, staff illness, or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be offered: A full refund, or The option to reschedule
