Salt Room Rules & Etiquette Policy
To ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing and comfortable salt therapy experience, we ask that visitors follow the guidelines below when attending a session.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session. This allows time for check-in, a brief introduction, and settling into the salt room before the session begins. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time so as not to disturb other guests.
Quiet and Relaxing Environment
Salt therapy sessions are designed to be calm and peaceful.
To maintain this environment we ask guests to:

Speak quietly when necessary

Silence mobile phones or leave them outside the salt room. Do NOT use inside

Respect the relaxation of other guests
Shoes and Cleanliness
Salt rooms require a clean environment to maintain the quality of the salt.
Guests may be asked to:

Remove shoes or wear provided shoe covers

Avoid bringing food or drinks into the salt room

Ensure clothing is clean and free of strong fragrances or perfumes
Clothing
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Guests remain fully clothed during sessions.
Salt is a natural mineral and may settle lightly on clothing, however it does not stain and can be easily brushed off.
Health and Illness
For the safety of all guests, please do not attend your session if you have:

A fever

A contagious illness

Cold or flu symptoms

Any condition that may pose a risk to others

Children in the Salt Room
Children aged 6 years and over may attend designated sessions.
Parents or guardians must:

Supervise children at all times

Ensure children remain calm and respectful of the quiet environment

Respect for the Salt Room
The salt on the floor and walls is part of the therapy environment.
Please do not:

Throw or intentionally disturb the salt

Touch equipment used to disperse the salt

Move furniture unless instructed by staff
Staff Instructions
For safety and comfort, please follow all instructions provided by staff members during your visit.
If you feel uncomfortable or unwell during a session, notify a staff member immediately.

What is Salt Therapy?
Salt therapy (halotherapy) involves relaxing in a specially designed room where fine, dry salt particles are gently dispersed into the air. Guests simply sit back, relax and breathe normally while enjoying the calming atmosphere.
Sessions are designed to support relaxation and overall wellbeing.
What to Wear
You can attend your session in comfortable everyday clothing.
Suggestions include:

Casual clothing or activewear

Comfortable layers

Closed shoes that can easily be removed if required
Salt does not stain clothing and can easily be brushed off after your session.
What to Expect During Your Session
When you arrive:

You will be greeted and checked in by our staff.

A brief introduction will be provided explaining the session.

You will enter the salt room and take a comfortable seat.

The session will begin, typically lasting around 45 minutes.
During the session you can:

Sit back and relax

Read a book or magazine

Meditate or rest quietly
Many guests simply enjoy the peaceful environment and focus on breathing.
During the Session
Some guests may experience:

A mild salty taste in the air

Occasional light coughing as airways clear

A feeling of deep relaxation
These sensations are normal for many people and usually pass quickly.
After Your Session
After your session you may feel relaxed and refreshed. Some guests also report feeling clearer breathing or a sense of calm.
Salt particles may be visible on clothing, which can be easily brushed off.

If you have any medical conditions, respiratory issues, or are pregnant, we recommend reviewing our Health & Safety Policy and consulting your healthcare provider if necessary before attending.
